Who we are

KAF is a clothing brand based in Amman, Jordan, operated by Awni Hawamdeh. Our website is wearekaf.com. For any questions, reach us at hello@wearekaf.com.

Your order

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or payment failure — if this happens, you will be fully refunded.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JD). We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely by PayTabs, CliQ, and cash on delivery (COD) within Jordan. International orders are prepaid by card only. Payment must be completed before items are handed over at delivery. KAF does not offer credit or deferred payment.

Delivery

KAF delivers through Spex across Jordan at a flat rate of 2 JD, next-day between 9 AM and 10 PM for orders placed before 6:00 PM. International delivery is 10 JD, prepaid orders only, via our international courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached and the sealed sleeve intact. A 2 JD fee (Spex pickup) applies to returns and exchanges — waived when the item arrived faulty or we shipped the wrong piece. Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours of KAF receiving the item back. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +962 78 233 3434 or email hello@wearekaf.com.

Intellectual property

KAF, the Morse motif, all brand graphics, product designs, and content on wearekaf.com are owned by KAF and protected under applicable law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

KAF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always at wearekaf.com/pages/terms. Placing an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
