Next day. Every day.

One rate, everywhere in Jordan: 2 JD, delivered through Spex. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are prepared the same day and delivered the next day between 9 AM and 10 PM.

We ship internationally — including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Türkiye, Europe, the UK, and North America — at a flat 10 JD. International orders are prepaid by card only; cash on delivery is not available outside Jordan.

You will receive delivery updates directly via WhatsApp from Spex. You can reschedule the delivery time or location through the same WhatsApp thread — changes are reflected live in the system.

You can postpone or reschedule a delivery up to 3 times. After 3 reschedules without a valid reason, the order is voided and a refund is issued. Please be available on the agreed delivery day.

COD is available within Jordan only. Payment must be settled within 24 hours of delivery — via bank transfer, CliQ, or cash handed to the Spex driver. Items are not released until payment is confirmed.

KAF is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
