سياسة الخصوصية

01

What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your WhatsApp number. When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email. Payment details are processed securely by PayTabs — KAF does not store or have access to your card information.

02

How we use it

Your information is used to confirm and deliver your order, send you updates via WhatsApp or email, and contact you if there is an issue with your delivery. If you signed up for early access, we may send you KAF updates. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message or emailing hello@wearekaf.com.

03

Who we share it with

Your delivery address and contact number are shared with Spex, our delivery partner, solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, ever.

04

Payments

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are processed securely by PayTabs. We also accept CliQ and, within Jordan, cash on delivery. KAF does not store or process your card information — all card transactions are handled through PayTabs' secure infrastructure.

05

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and data at any time. Email us at hello@wearekaf.com with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 5 business days.

06

Cookies

wearekaf.com uses cookies set by Shopify for basic store functionality — shopping cart, checkout session, and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

07

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as KAF grows. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of wearekaf.com after a change means you accept the updated policy.
