Before you start
Five things have to be true. All of them, or we cannot take the piece back.
- 3 days from delivery. After 3 days we cannot accept an exchange — no exceptions.
- Tags attached and undamaged. Still on the piece, exactly as it arrived.
- Original packaging included. The sleeve comes back with the piece.
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Free of any odour — perfume, smoke, or otherwise.
- 2 JOD delivery fee. Applies to every exchange, whatever you swap into.
